The new place has friendly staff, a cozy room with a super comfortable bed, and a pretty clean bathroom.

We got a room with a tub.

The room was spacious and quiet, with nice amenities, and the area was perfect for strolling around Red Dragon Poker Casino.

This brand-new hotel offers a wide range of reasonably spacious and fairly quiet rooms. The location is great and it is short walk to Pikes Place market. Also, Olympic View Arena is next to the venue.

location: the hotel was really close to pikes place market as well as edmonds. it also was in the middle of jackson.

The staff was very, very nice - we would like to go back there again. the hotel was located next to Pikes Place market as well as Edmonds. - Its location not very far from Edmonds Family Fun Center was marvelous! My stay at Americas Best Value Inn-Edmonds/Seattle North was truly enjoyable. the staff was incredibly friendly, and I would love to visit again. the hotel's convenient location near both Pikes Place market and Edmonds made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, its proximity to the Edmonds Family Fun Center was fantastic, adding to the overall positive experience.

obviously this hotel stays in business as an apartment for people looking for a job or - very basic poor quality pillows, towels etc

I did not like anything about the hotel and would stay there again nor recommend this hotel to anyone

The central location was great and the staff were very friendly, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of during my stay.

Room was neat and clean

The tv remote did not work, wifi was not so good, the carpet in the elevator was smelly, there were strong messages not to use the exit doors other than the front door, there were no good restaurants in the hotel vicinity

This was a very basic hotel - old furniture, how some reason my room had an old non-functioning tv stored in it? The bed was quite comfortable and clean so it served it's purpose for a one night stay. The location was convenient and there is a starbucks across the street.

The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating, the location is fantastic close to both Edmonds and Pike Place Market, in a new building.

Nothing. But I arrived after 5pm on the day of check-in. Came with my staff for a conference. My staff told me that those were the last 3 rooms in the city. My staff person booked the room over the internet. After checking in, I went to my room #319, my bed had no linen and the room was not cleaned. I went back downstairs to let Seth (front desk) know. He got the housekeepers to clean it. I helped them clean the room because they were rushing and I wanted them to wipe down the dresser, remote, telephone, etc.... continued below

...Continued from #3. I wiped everything. They tried to use the blankets from the floor. I wanted a clean bed spread & blanket. I tried to make a call downstairs and the telephone cord fell out of the phone. It had to be held in just to use it. This Inn has not been well maintained. Also, the rooms were inconsistent. One of my staff person's in room #303 had to get a new blanket because there were so many holes in the blanket. My staff in #304 had the best room. She had new blankets, Microwave & refrigerator. #303 only had a microwave, I didn't have either.

When I took the room, they told me that the shower didn't work but the bath did. I discovered that there was no drainplug in the bath. When I mentioned this at the desk, they dismissed it with "there are no drainplugs". The toilet seat would not remain upright. I reported this at the desk, and the manager (after checking) denied the problem. The air conditioner did not work.

Comfortable and quiet room, with helpful staff all around. the location is top-notch, super close to both the bustling Pikes Place market and a charming area to explore. 🌟
